Popis: | 93 The purpose of this study was to explore the training needs of the employees of Tainan Enterprises and their viewpoints about training development. In addition, the findings were served to propose suggestions about course arrangement of training programs. This study investigated the training needs by three-fold approach, and utilized case interview and questionnaire surveys to collect data. The quantitative data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic methods. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1.Employees generally showed willingness toward training and considered that training should be companied with their future development and career plans. 2.Over half of employees considered that taking part in the training programs can improve working abilities and effectiveness. 3.The major motivation of participating in training programs was to improve professional skills and enhance working abilities and efficiency. 4.Employees of different departments had different first training needs, but they all showed strong need toward” Understanding Customers”. 5.Employees of different strata had different first training needs, but they all showed strong need toward” EQ”.
