| Popis: | 93 This research pioneers to integrate Knowledge Manage (KM) and Balanced ScoreCard (BSC) methodologies into stationary source management evaluation system in Taiwan, and in order to distinguish various degree of KM and performance in stationary source management, there are five levels are established, such as “best”, “good”, “O.K.”, “not good”, and “worse” respectively. The results of the study are as following:(1) since the performance of the learning and growth dimension is not well, then the degree of KM in stationary source management belongs to “ O.K “ level; (2) the performance of management belongs to “ O.K” level as well, the main reason is interior process dimension just only gets 15.4 points (the lowest score). According to the results of the evaluations, the research has some suggestions as follows:(1) Building community platform to facilitate the effect of learning; (2) Encouraging participation and sharing to increase performance of KM;(3) Establishing up data base system to accumulate knowledge; and (4) Setting up policy feedback mechanism to link between policy and performance. |
