Popis: | 93 The purpose of this study was to investigate the job stress and job satisfaction. The study adopted 525 elementary schools’ directors of general affairs in Yunlin,Chiayi, and Tainan’s five counties. The focus group included 392 efficiency questionairs. The questionair “job stress and job satisfaction of the elementary schools’ directors of general affairs “ designed by the researcher as a research tool. This study data use SPSS10.0 to process and analyze t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. Finally, semi-structured interview was also used as a complementary data – collecting method .The study had come to the following conclusion. 1.Perception of job stress of elementary schools’ directors of general affairs was above average. The most stress from professional expertise. 2.Perception of job satisfaction of elementary schools’ directors of general affairs was above average. The most satisfaction from 「personal mental satisfaction」. 3.Female and who is in young ages directors had higher job stress. 4.There were no significant difference about sensitivity with job stress between directors in the time they do their jobs,high education, size of school enrollment and area they service. 5.Directors who is elder and had more time do their jobs had more job satisfaction. 6.There was no significant difference about sensitivity with job satisfaction between directors in sex, educational background, scale of school and the area of school. 7.There was high relativity in job stress to job satisfaction of directors. 8.There was high predictability in job stress to job satisfaction of directors. Suggestions according to this study: To the educational authorities: 1.Better to add professional affairs person in elementary schools’ chiefs of general affairs. 2.Set up professional web ,provide consult service of law. 3.set up the ways of courage, give positive feedback to the directors of general affairs in time. 4.Held train workshop in fix period to foster professional ability. To the principal: 1.Average work in reasonable,to reduce job afford. 2.Give more authorities from principal to foster the job of general autonomy. 3.Build good atmosphere in school,to add generals’ job satisfaction. To the director: 1.Strengthen professional ability to elevate directors’ professional image. 2.Form an organization for share work experience each other. 3.Made good friendship with each other. |
