| Popis: | 93 Since reform and open policy, Mainland China enters the market economy stage. In 20th century at the end of 70's and the early stage of 80's,Deng's policy of "part of people get rich first" influence the Mainland China. The individual economy starts in the Chinese city and countryside. The edge community most as early as get profit from the reform. In the society the most impoverished social stratum income and the life is improved, the community, middle class, just like forms in the middle of this process. This research in discusses the Chinese middle class to start and it creates impact and influence to the economy and society. The purpose of this research is: 1. Understanding former mainland China middle class development background and the current characteristic and its acts role, finally according to nowdays the mainland China authority's policy and manner to the middle class, elaborates it to the mainland economic society possible impact. 2.Analysising future development of middleclass in mainland China, compares experience of western, to know which road is the future of middls class in mainland China, the western road or the Chinese unique road? 3.Discussing future mainland middle class starting to both banks economics and trade relations. As well as we should by what kind of manner facing such phenomenon. The research found: 1.The mature middle class will certainly to follows being comprehensive, the ration approval, otherwise the Chinese middle class growth not only the energy band doesn't shape "the Chinese olive" social structure possible to bring social because of its difference the two -pole to be contradictory. Facing to the present situation the government should make the reform seriously, prevents the government personnel officer corrupt behavior, reduced intervention in the market, let the order return normal situation. 2.In standard market economy development and under social politics system, we will estimated the Chinese future the middle class in the quantity, the structure, the overall quality, the social role and the influence and so on various will have the tremendous change, finally becomes the dominant group in the China social structure. 3.From the quantitative change and qualitative change of economical and social structure, Taiwan should be may hold the optimistic manner to the mainland society's development, Both sides will interact to be able to be closer in the future. |
