| Popis: | 93 Electric Power is one of the basic elements for economy and industrial development of a country. If a country has shortage for electric power supplier, not only the life is not convenient but also the national reconstruction blue print cannot be accomplished. It’s so essential to maintain and develop electric power. Thus, the only public enterprise for electric power-Taiwan Power Company-is a target to be researched. The research refers to the historical document and Taiwan Power Company’s original system for performance measurement. It applied Dr. Kaplan and Norton’s Balanced Scorecard（BSC）. The employees in Taiwan Company are interviewees. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process（FAHP） is referred as well. According to three electric systems: Fire, Water and Nuclear Energy, the research is done. Hopefully, the better project for the performance measurement can come out. It can be a reference for Taiwan Power Company’s internal efficiency. |
