The purpose of this study is to investigate the teaching problems of junior high school teachers arising from the policies of inclusive education. This study explores not only the conditions of teaching problems from the dimensions of curriculum teaching, class management, assessment methods and parental attitudes, but also the differences of teaching problems under different variables regarding personal and working backgrounds. This research subjects were junior high school teachers in Pingtung County. They were asked to complete a four-dimensional questionnaire created and edited by the researcher to collect the data needed. The collected data were processed through such statistical methods as mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s post test. The final findings of this research are as follows: 1. The level of the comprehensive teaching problems of junior high school teachers in Pingtung County is medium-to-low. Of the four dimensions used in the questionnaire, the ranking of these teaching problems from high to low are : curriculum teaching, assessment methods, parental attitudes and class management. 2. In the variable of personal background, only the seniority of teachers who teach disabled students differs apparently on the dimension of parental attitudes. 3. In the variable of working background, only whether the disabled students participate in the resource classrooms differs apparently on the comprehensive teaching problems, curriculum teaching, class management and assessment methods. Finally, based on the discoveries and conclusions, the researcher made some concrete suggestions as reference for the educational institutions, junior high school teachers, parents and future researches.
