Popis: | 93 This article uses the finite element soft MARC to analysis extrusion of bi-metal tube. In order to understand that it is suitable for using MRAC to analysis extrusion of bi-metal tube and adopting Cockroft-Latham principle to predict the fracture in extrusion process, first this article proves the trusty of the experiment result [4] in extrusion of bi-metal tube process by using MARC analysis. Secondly, this article proves the accuracy of the experiment result [15] in extrusion and upsetting process by using MARC analysis adopting Cockroft-Latham principle. This article analysis the manufacturing parameters like semi-die angle, the reduction of area, friction condition and etc. to counter with the effect of the core fracture and sleeve fracture. |
