| Popis: | 93 To focus on the customer-oriented products nowadays, it is an important topic that how to reflect customer requirements on product characteristics, designer must provide a systemized design process to connect customer requirements with product characteristics. The customer requirements, according to the development of hi-technology, customers can be satisfied with the functions provided from products, but a whole product should satisfy customers not only by function but also the requirements of product characteristics. In this study, an application of Neural Network is used to discuss the connection between customer requirements and product characteristic, and establish an interactive WEB interface through internet to strengthen the connection between customer requirements and product characteristic. That can help designers effectively control the customer requirements development of customer requirements in product design. In processing of the development, this study use the Back-Propagation Neural Network mode to connect customer requirements and product characteristics. Build a database of product characteristics in VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language) let using PHP language to connect interactive WEB interface conveniently. So that user could suggest a suitable case for designer through the training of Neural Network. The development of the study expect that designers can effectively control the customer requirements by using internet, strengthen product design and development, raise the market of product. |
