Popis: | 93 This study investigates sputtering multilayer inter-lapping, i.e., one layer of aluminum (Al), one layer of aluminum nitride (AlN), to form solar selective-absorber films by adopting a in-line sputter. Soda-line glass (TN glass) substrate, the first layer is a reflector of aluminum thin-film (about 80 nm); the second and third layers operate as absorbers-an AlN thin-film (close to 60 nm) and a thinner aluminum thin-film (about 10 nm), the fourth layer is an anti-reflector of AlN thin-film (about 60 nm). Most of the solar selective-absorber multilayer films are gradient. The thin-film ratio of coating-layer mixing to cannot be controlled easily, which controlling repeatability more difficult. This study coated multilayer films by applying the inter-lapping procedure to analyze the efficiency of applying inter-lapping to solar selective-absorber films, and to search for identify the process of absorbing films with a increasing light-heat conversion efficiency (LHCE). In this experiment, the LHCE is approximately 28% with an absorption rate of 86.4% and a radioactivity rate of 3%. The repeatability can be controlled easily. Results of this study demonstrate that when the nitrogen flow utilized is small (about 50 sccm), the repeatability of a high LHCE is not easily obtained. Moreover, the aluminum thin-film absorber on the third-layer should not be too thick, preferably below 10 nm if a better absorption conversion efficiency is to be obtained. |
