Popis: | 93 Organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) are usually fabricated on glass substrates. It deserves some drawbacks, such as heavy、easy-broken and hard to mass-production for large size. An OLED display fabricated on a plastic substrate is expected to expand into a next-generation flat panel display which is flexible, thin, and lightweight. First, we made a typical green OLED. The structure of device is ITO/ m-MTDATA(20nm)/ NPB(40nm)/ Alq(60nm)/ LiF(0.7nm)/ Al(200nm), the maximum luminescence up to 4206 cd/m2 at current density 54 mA/cm2;the maximum luminescence efficiency up to 8.44 cd/A at current density 20 mA/cm2. In order to get a high efficience white OLED, we made a blue OLED and we found the optimum thickness of NPB layer is 60nm. By changing the concentration of rubrene, the OLED can emit white when the concentration is 0.5wt% and 1.0wt%. When the current density is 29 mA/cm2, the device of 0.5wt% has the maximum luminescence and luminescence efficiency up to 1000 cd/m2 and 5 cd/A, and the CIE coordinate is x=0.31, y=0.32;the device of 1.0wt% has the maximum luminescence and maximum luminescence efficiency up to 2000 cd/m2 and 8 cd/A, and the CIE coordinate is x=0.36, y=0.40, In this paper, besides making a flexible OLED, inorganic film Ag2O trying to be used as a buffer layer between ITO and organic layer, the structure of an OLED is plastic substrate/ ITO anode/buffer layer/EML/ETL/EIL/Al. |
