Statistical Process Control (called for short SPC) is an important method to monitor process quality. Furthermore, the analysis of Control charts is an important implement of SPC. Xbar-R chart has been widely used in manufacturing industries. Once process becomes steadier, its standard deviation goes smaller. However, at the same time, the performance in Xbar-R chart will not demonstrate much stable. Obviously, as the process has been upgraded, the shop floor people may have endured frustrations along with using Xbar-R chart. Thus, the graphical techniques dealing with process capability directly can meet fully the manufacturing needs to control the process quality. For the convenience of developing and analysis, we regulate pre-control chart with upper specification limit and lower specification limit as ±3 units. We transform CPK and/or卅n卅卅卅nto their corresponding scale units, and every measurement is re-calculated for its frame unit prior to plot. And the following six regions of this frame will be established with respect to new rules: upper red, upper yellow, upper green, lower green, lower yellow, and lower red. Because of the limit of client needs, quality of manufacture, testing equipment, operating ability, environment or examination norm, in general, the sampling rules of two samples in each group about pre-control chart, it is certainly hart to conform the different types of quality control situation which is faced with property. For this reason, there are three samples, four samples in each group and two samples, three samples in two groups of pre-control chart those will be discussed in this study, we will make designing standers about the color limit, and set up the solution of the color single and the policy of process. About the frame graph, there are many samples of pre-control chart in type 1 error and type 2 error is better than Xbar-R chart.
