Risk management is divided into two parts, including financial risk management and hazard risk management. Human factors play an important role in behavioral finance risk management. Accordingly, people’s financial risk perception is increasingly important. Furthermore, risks from mutual funds is also increasinglynoteworthy because it is an important financial tool for each person. This study investigates perceptions of risks of mutual funds arising from customers of over-the-counter in a banking industry. In terms of a survey questionnaire method, two findings are as follows: Two dimensions, including the extent of understanding and control, significantly affect customers’ risk perception arising from a variety of mutual funds. Furthermore, factors of sex, age, career, marriage, and income significantly influence customers’ risk perception arising from a variety of mutual funds. |
