| Popis: | 93 This research aim is understanding the relation between the motivations, the social support and the learning effects of retired teachers of the elementary and junior high school in Chang-hua County. This research purposes are as follows: 1. Understanding the service learning current conditions, the motivations and the social support of retired teachers. 2. To explore the different current conditions of elementary and junior high school retired teachers between different motivations and social support. 3. To explore the different learning effects of elementary and junior high school retired teachers between different motivations and social support. 4. To be used for reference to government officials, related organizations, educational institutions, and further research. In order to reach the goals mentioned above, the relative researches and theories have been understood first through the analysis of the literatures. Then, the questionnaires designed due to the analytic results of the literatures have been sent to the relative institutions. Finally, the following conclusions have come out according to the data of the questionnaires The main detection of this research is as follows: 1.The service learning attitude and current condition of elementary and junior high school retired teachers are good. 2.The service learning motivations, social support and learning effects of elementary and junior high school retired teachers are above the average. 3. There are strong correlation between motivations and current condition. 4. There are strong correlation between social support and current condition. 5. There are strong correlation between motivations and learning effects. 6. There are strong correlation between social support and learning effects. According to these conclusions, this research proposed suggestions for retired teachers, volunteer service units, adult educational institutions, government agencies and future study. |
