Popis: | 93 The technique of two-dimensional pipe-bending has gradually matured durning these years. But the pipe can just be bent in a two-dimensional plane. Hence, the technique of three-dimensional pipe-bending is developed. In this research, we try to study the Z-axis deformation of the three-dimensional pipe-bending. We apply torsions on the piping components, making them bent along Z-axis under equivalent torque and bending stress. In this article, we also try to discuss the problems of plastic angle, rotational angles and the formula generating for Z-axis bending resulted from the equivalent Z-axis force. The result deduced in this article can be referred in the future researches on three-dimensional pipe-bending. |
