Among the recent twenty-years, computer has become more and more popular. For convenience, people almost have computers in their office and house. It’s a common thing that one person owns several computers during this time. However the long time use computer possibly the injury which brings for the health. Also gradually causes concern of the correlation unit public figure. This research investigation provides information of service industries that have the Call Service Center. Questionnaire altogether provides to three information service Industries Company. Investigates the computer jobholders in "the computer syndrome (RSI,CVS) and its the custom cognition" on distribution of the injury symptom and the index of 「Computer Mania」. The investigation tool uses standardized NMQ Questionnaire and Computer Mania Questionnaire research designed by this research. Investigation result demonstration computer syndrome in Taiwan Call Service Center is already suitable universal. The Computer Mania index quite is also high, the dangerous group accounts for 46%. Between the companies, there is only significant on Computer Mania. The mania index of J Corporation is significant high, next is H Corporation and B Corporation. In custom cognition aspect, the participant has highly the cognition, custom all are actually low. The research has also compared the period of service difference of these symptom proportions. Detect that in the computer syndrome (RSI, CVS) and Computer Mania index, the results all show that there are more significance in work-period. Higher the work period of service is more symptoms occur. And the correlations are all positive. To RSI and CVS, 「neck uncomfortable」,「hand uncomfortable」,「eye uncomfortable」all have positive correlations in work-period. Higher the work-period be, the appear of these three symptoms is higher; To Computer Mania, there are 80% shows that Higher the work-period be, the Computer Mania Index is higher. In addition, the correlation ratio between the disease and the work of Call Center computer jobholders are 52.9%. Call Center computer jobholders who thought that these disease has already reduced their ability for work are 64.7%.
