| Popis: | 92 Cultural industries have become gradually important to countries such as America, Australia, United Kingdom, Zealand, Finland, etc. since there are many positive effects on economics and employment that have been progressing. Hereby, a well Cultural Industry policy from initiating till execution is a very important process. For the case of Taiwan, the cultural Industry is still in an initiating process since 2002 and needs to gain experiences from other countries in order to develop well. Therefore, this study intends to analyze some advanced countries’ experiences as a reference for the case of Taiwan. The methodology employed in this study is to cross-examine the literature on Cultural Industries and to analyze some advanced countries’ experiences. It consists of five parts. First, it describes the motivation, purposes, study sites and procedure of the study. Second, by literature, it explores the nature of Cultural Industry followed by introducing types of Cultural Industries and a review of development process in the case of Taiwan. Third, it analyzes some countries’ experience such as America, Australia, United Kingdom, Zealand, Finland, etc in defining, types, incentives of Cultural Industries as well as promoting policies. Fourth, it makes a comparison of current experiences among advanced countries and Taiwan. Finally, based on the previous structure as discussed above, the study provides suggestions and references for Taiwan to construct a better structure to promote Cultural Industries. |
