Popis: | 92 Nowadays, Electronic-Commerce has been booming as the Internet gets more and more popular. At present, many kinds of Electronic Services including Electronic Payment, Electronic Auction and Electronic Voting have been developed on the Internet. The most successful one among these services is the Electronic Payment System such as Electronic Cash, Electronic Check and Electronic Wallet. Today, by paying through the E-Cash or E-Wallet system, people can shop from the Internet, buy stuff in a convenience store or take the public transportation with great ease. Even buying a lottery can be paid without cash. This shows that the Electronic Payment System has been well accepted by general consumers due to its convenient consumption mode. Although the Electronic Payment System still cannot replace the traditional payment mode completely, it can be the user level pioneer for Electronic Services. Until now most Electronic Payment Systems are based on an elaborate Discrete Logarithm for its security purpose. This raises a big issue regarding efficiency. Therefore, on the basis of the “Electronic Traveler’s Check System” proposed by Hsien in 2001 using Discrete Logarithm. In this thesis, we introduce a new “Electronic Traveler’s Check System” based on the “Hash Function” to improve the efficiency. Our mechanism not only has the convenience and anonymity which are the properties of E-Cash and E-Check but also provides both on-line and off-line payment modes. The security features of this system include “no forgery”, “no double spending”, “specific user” and “reissuing”. We also employ smart card to the system to enhance its portability, security and convenience. Therefore, our system is practical for the real life implementation. |
