A Study of the Relationship between Enterprise Culture and Knowledge Sharing in the Financial Institutes Call Center- Interpersonal Communication styles as Moderators Student: Wen-Chi Chen Advisor: Prof. Shih—Hsiung Hung Chinese Culture University ABSTRACT This research question lies in the enterprise culture whether can affect the knowl-edge sharing? Whether the interpersonal communication styles can affect the re-lationships between enterprise culture and knowledge sharing? Quotation of and the logical inference by way of the indirect literature, discovering two relations have the necessity to be further clear. The samples were drawn from two large customer service organizations in financial industry. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Altogether sends out 300 questionnaires in view of two companies, each company is 150 question-naires. The total recycle questionnaires are 263(the returns-ratio is 88%). After deduct-ing the invalid sample, effective sample is 232. In addition, the SPSS 11.0 statistical program was used to analyze the empirical data and validate the research hypothesis. Finally, the results indicate that enterprise culture is positively related to knowledge sharing; enterprise cultures its three constructions-innovation, support and study are all positively related to knowledge sharing. Among them innovation is more positively re-lated to knowledge sharing. In addition, the author speculates that self-expression interpersonal communication competence and self-recognizing of interpersonal communication competence its re-spectively moderate the relation between enterprise culture and knowledge sharing. However, these hypotheses all were supported by the empirical data; and the self-expression interpersonal communication competence respectively moderate the re-lation in with enterprise its three-culture constructions-innovation, support and study. And these hypotheses were all supported by the empirical data. And also a study on self-recognizing of interpersonal communication competence respectively moderate the relation in with enterprise its culture three constructions- supports, study and innovation. But these hypotheses were partially supported by the empirical data. Finally interper-sonal perception and sympathetic react of interpersonal communication competences moderate the relation between enterprise culture and knowledge sharing. However, these hypotheses were not supported by the empirical data; and they respectively mod-erate the relation in with enterprise its culture three constructions- support, study and innovation. And these hypotheses were not supported by the empirical data.
