Popis: | 92 In this study, the first was used NDEA, IPDI and HEMA synthesizedfunctional diol content vinyl group(N-HDEG), and than used H12MDI, DMPA,EDA as hard segment, anionic center and chain extender and PEG or PCL as soft segment. The synthesized with two different anionic waterborne polyurethane content vinyl group, one is fixed chain extender changing N-HDEG/Soft segment mole ratio(N/S), the other one is fixed soft segment changing N-HDEG/chain extender ( N/Ex ). We probe into the physical properties of PU solution, before and after cross-linking membranes and application of water resistance and water vapor permeability on nylon fabrics. 1. The polyurethane synthesis by fixed chain extender changing N-HDEG/Softsegment mole ratio(N/S) The effect of N/S mole ratio on particle size of polyurethane solution aspect, the N/S mole ratio is increased with decreasing the particle size, the surface tension and contacted angle on coated fabric is lower than synthesized without H-HDEG;The result on DSC thermal properties of PU membrane, when polyurethane with N-HDEG, the Tms and Tmh was described. Another, the N/S mole ratio increased with increasing the melt area in 100~200℃;The TGA (Thermal gravitational analyst)aspect, the N/S mole ratio increased with decreasing the ether polyurethane weight loss on 350~425℃ and ester type polyurethane weight loss on 300~350℃. 2. The polyurethane synthesis by fixed Soft segment changing N-HDEG/ chainextender mole ratio(N/Ex) The N/Ex mole ratio increased with increased the particle size, decreased thesurface tension and contacted angle on coated fabric; The result on DSC thermal properties of PU membrane, N/Ex mole ratio increased with increasing melt area in 50~200℃. In thermal properties of crosslink PU, the melt area in 100~200℃ was described and bring crystalline; The TGA(Thermal gravitational analyst)aspect, N/Ex mole ratio increased with decreasing the weight loss on 300~350℃ and increased the weight loss on 200~225℃;The mechanical properties of PU membrane ,The PU changing N/S mole ratio was no stress and elongation, the other N/Ex mole ratio increases with decrease the stress and elongation. 3. The physical properties of treated nylon fabric The N/S mole ratio increased, the water resistance increasing and than decreasing. The N/Ex mole ratio increased with increasing water resistance. The N/Ex series was higher than N/S series. |
