Popis: | 92 This dissertation aims at presenting the global trend of labor flexibility. Several authoritative human resource management companies in Taiwan have confirmed that the trend of labor flexibility is picking up its pace in recent years. Major international enterprises are no longer craving for long-term and formal human capital; instead, they prefer a short-term and informal human deployment. In this way, the purpose of flexibility and cost-down can be achieved. On the other hand, laborers in Taiwan start to realize that it is futile to fantasize a life-long job. The value of each employer lies in how much negotiation power he or she possesses. Those who have greater negotiation power easily switch between jobs, while those with inferior negotiation power mostly passively accept what the employers ask them to do. Therefore, the gap between Taiwan society is inevitably polarized, and the current problem is getting from bad to worse. |
