Popis: | 92 The project attempts to examine the revolutionary impacts on people’s life exerted by the Internet, which has bloomed tremendously in recent years and attracts more and more net users every second. Among the impacts, the most salient one seems to be the whole new buying-selling behavior —Web shopping, which provides a novel transaction method between the businesses and the customers. To cope with this totally new mode of operation and its development, it seems to be essential for all the web shopping to discover suitable methods for effective operation and optimal ways of profit making. In this research, through reviewing related literature, the researcher intends to discover the factors for the web shopping’s successful operation as variables, in order to design the questionnaire. With the returned questionnaires, related data analysis will be conducted, with factor analysis as methodology, to summarize the four key success factors for the web shopping, including: comprehensive information of the merchandise, merchandise’s price and transmission speed, graphics allocation and message board, and deep and broad product line. Further, the project regards FPG Shopping, the web shopping newly found by Taiwan Plastic, as an object for close observation. Through their concern paid to their members and the satisfaction’s degree matrix to find out the members’ understanding and evaluations within all the variables. Further, the findings will be compared with other competitors to formulate appropriate suggestions for competitive strategies. |
