Popis: | 92 The Research of Velazquez’s Painting This research has been undergone according to these methods: the history method, the artistic social research, and the induction method. The goals of this research are: studying Velazquez’s life of art, the content of his works, the analysis of his ideals and his works. This research will take on several points, such as: Velazquez’s life, the content, the ideals, and the analysis of his work. Velazquez was deeply influenced by his father-in-law, Francisco Pacheco. Later, he entered the palace and King Philip IV admired him. Other than that, he used to travel around Italy for years. All these experiences had helped Velazquez achieve his remarkable masterpieces. There are four kinds of his works. First, the Dutch interior. Second, the portrait. Third, the religious paints. Fourth, the paint of paint. The Dutch interior depicts the life of the civilians. The portraits are full of humanistic concern. The religious paints are mainly on religious myth. The paint of paint is paintings that rely on human beings’ illusions. This research will divide Velazquez’s works into four areas: the Dutch interior, the portraits, the religious paints and the paint of paint. The Dutch interior includes works such as Old Woman Frying Eggs, The Waterseller of Seville. The portraits include Philip IV on Horseback, Juan de Pareja, Innocent X. The religious paints include La Fucina di Vulcano, The Adoration, and The Feast of Bacchus. The paint of paint includes Christ in the House of Martha and Mary, Venera Allo Specchio, Las Hilanderas, Las menines. At last, we’re going to study the meaning of Velazquez’s life and his effects on generations to come. After Velazquez passed away, many traits similar to Velazquez’s paintings appeared in Realistic and Impressionistic paintings. Thus people again emphasized his art. Therefore, Velazquez’s paintings have positive influences on art. Velazquez is not only a modern painter but also an avant-garde painter. His works were compared to esthetics two or three centuries later. There is no comparison to that! |
