Popis: | 92 The purpose of this study is aimed to understand the interrelationships between the government employee’s life-style, national travel card’s attitude, and travel card’s consuming behavior at contractual stores. A total of two hundred and ninety-eight samples were collected and then analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Person correlation. The study results indicated that: 1.Most government employees’ consuming expenses were from gasoline and hotel, and between the price range of NT$2001 and NT$4000. 2.Most government employees’ attitudes would not agree toward the regulation of national travel card. 3.There were significant differences between government employees’ gender regarding their attitudes toward the promotion program at contractual stores. 4.There were significant differences among government employees’ service institutions with respect to their attitudes toward the travel card regulations. 5.There were significant differences among government employees’ lifestyles and their consuming behavior at contractual stores. 6.There were partially relationships between government employees’ attitudes and their consuming behavior at contractual stores. 7.There were partially relationships between government employee’s lifestyles and their attitudes toward the use of national travel card. The study expects to provide some suggestions to government departments for further management concerns. |
