Popis: | 92 This research attempts to explore the relationship and moderating effect among transformation leadership, transactional leadership and job involvement by way of the quality level of subordinate’s relationship to their supervisor. It is also try to identify the effect of the emotional intelligence to the quality level of relationship. There are 362 observations sampled from various organizations. The data was analyzed through LISREL to test the hypotheses. We found that the positive association exists among the transformation leadership, relationship quality, and job involvement;Transactional leadership is less relative to relationship quality and job involvement. This study also found out that the intervening effect of relationship quality is not significant. The moderating effects of emotional intelligence to the relationships between transformation leadership, transactional leadership and job involvement are partially existed. |
