Popis: | 92 The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation among teachers'''' job bornout, the motivating factors, hygiene factors,and the importance of life roles of novice teachers in junior high school within five years. There were 395 teachers from junior high school in Middle Taiwan selected randomly to participate in this study.Each teacher had to complete four questionnaires-Job Burnout Scale, The Teacher Motivating Factors Scale,The Teacher Hygiene Factors Scale,and Salience Inventory. Data were analyzed with descriptive, MANOVA, and correlation analysis. The results of this study were as following: 1. Novice teachers in in junior high school within five years possesd lowly perception of job burnout. Among the four factor of job burnout., work devotion was the highest, followed by work emotion,work value, work performance. 2. Novice teachers in junior high school within five years reached higher than mid-level perception of hygiene factors,but hygiene factors were lower than motivating factors. Among the four factor of hygiene factors, welfare system was the highest, followed by school administration, work environment, salary treatment. 3. Novice teachers in in junior high school within five years reaches higher than mid-level perception of the motivating factors. Among the five factor of the motivating factors, work challenge were the highest, followed by teaching achievability, professional independence, personal growth and learning, the feeling of appreciation. 4. Novice teachers in in junior high school within five years treasure the learning and work roles among five life roles. 5. Relationship Between the hygiene factors, the motivating factors and job burnout among novice teachers in junior high school within five years was found to be both statistically significant and of substantial magnitude. The canonical variate associated with teaching enjoyment loaded particularly strong on actively work performance. 6. Relationship Between the hygiene factors, the motivating factors, the importance of life roles and job burnout among novice teachers in junior high school within five years was found to be both statistically significant and of substantial magnitude. The first canonical correlation related to the association between work role intrinsic rewards and actively work performance. The second canonical correlation related to the association between salary environment and mental and physical fatigue. Based on the results of this study, this study made some suggestions for educational administration institutions, teachers and the future study. |
