Due to the development of technology, to present meanings by simple and easy-memorized signs becomes a must. So, in daily life, we just need to remember a sign that we remember what it stands for. And a symbol is presentation of a sign. A good symbol ought to be simple, understanding and easy-memorized to show the meaning well. The Reversible Figure principle we use in design not only the multifarious meanings of companies and enterprises but its unique and fun. There are two goals the study should aim: first, to test the differences of these types of symbols among those who major in design or not. Second, try to understand and analyze the elements composing the space of the Image Recognition of these types of symbols. In the study, we use the Method of Semantic Differential, and the 62 joiners majors Commercial Design in Ming-Chuan University junior and over. The other 61 joiners are not. We focus on 15 Reversible Figure symbols to tell the differences of their Image Recognition. The results are two: first, the differences of Image Recognition on the two groups are remarkable. Second, the differences are composed of Form, Apprehensible, Sensuous, three major elements.
