This research used the order model of θ projection method and the order model of Ω method to assess the remaining life of 1Cr -1Mo-0.25V steel. The purpose of the study is to build the analytic model of the creep behavior for such steel. First of all, we carried on the accelerate creep rupture tests for the 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel under constant-temperature and constant-load in order to set up the data base of the fundamental high- temperature creep rupture. With the non-steady creep concept, the asymptote analysis method, we picked data to obtain the order model of θ project ion method and the order model of Ω method in this thesis. And then, we approached the analytic results around the order model treatment by processing comparison and precision evaluation of life with the system method. Therefore, the analytic model of creep behavior for the 1Cr -1Mo-0.25V steel would be established. Moreover, we discussed the practical application and the future development for the order model. According to the results of this paper, there are several conclusions below: (1)The analytic method of the order model Improves the descriptive ability of θ projection method and Ω method for the creep behavior. Meanwhile, it sufficiently Improves the predictive ability for long-range creep behavior. (2)On the basis of the conservative management principles in the spot, the replacement of material should process before the deadline of design. In the paper, the order model can predict the cut-off time point. (It is 90﹪of the rupture time.) Furthermore, it meets the material management principles in the high-temperature situation and improves the period of validity of material.
