In these years, based on rapid development and popularization, Internet and high-speed broadband have already gone deep into each family in Taiwan. And it is Internet bar, a newly rising industry using Internet to be its business material, that provides convenience to everyone and makes everyone enjoy the recreation. During the depression, on-line-computer game industry suddenly emerge a new force and even it can make big amount of profit. However, to review backwards in 2000 – 2001, there not so many on-line-computer games are planed and designed by ourselves; most of the on-line-computer games in Taiwan’s market place are presented and are coming from other countries. In order to operate a business forever, those on-line-computer game companies form a group to plan and design their own on-line-computer game. And try to learn, get the know-how and experience aggressively from other foreign companies. Based on the improvement by these companies, it is believal that local on-line-computer game industry can rouse to catch up the level as good as other foreign on-line-computer game companies. This study focused on the role-playing games(RPG). Using qualitative research, the researcher take interview to the planning and designing staffs in the game company, trying to make up and analyze the information and data about the staffs’ experience and methods during planning and designing a game. The research wants to know the principles of planning and design method of on-line-Computer Game. Based on these analyze result, the researcher create a script of Fantasy Literature story, planning and designing an on-line-computer game.
