Committed employees make benefit to a company growth and survival. But how does a company foster the employees to become committed and royal? The employer has to understand what factors affecting employees for their commitment and royal, and make efforts of fostering employees. What is the relationship between an employee’s commitment and a company’s growth? Through investigation of literature exposed in this study, there are five factors, which include leadership, a company’s commitment, the compensation and benefit program, training, and management system etc. and total in 17 items of questionnaire, affecting employees and making them committed and royal to their company. Employee commitment depends on four indication variables such as the degree of an employee’s involvement in team work, the degree of an employee’s recommendation to their company, the degree of an employee’s intention to keep work for the company, and the degree of an employee who is pride to be part of a company, etc. Company growth also depends on four indication variables such as revenue and profit, reinvent, sustaining competitive advantage, and company strategy, etc., and totals in 10 items of questionnaire. And an empirical study is conducted to confirm the relationship among the factors for fostering an employee’s commitment, employee commitment, and company growth. The population of this study is the companies qualifying by government and trading stock on the stock market. This study uses proportional allocation method to select 501 companies from the 984 companies meeting the preceding condition, as subjects to mail questionnaire. Data collection of this empirical study is by using questionnaire, which is mailed by using secret ballot method to HR or mangers of General affairs and Personel of each company. This study uses AMOS 3. 6. for the confirmatory factor analysis, and the structural equation modeling analysis. According to the results of confirmatory factor analysis, all of those indicator variables can explain their relevant construct. Those indicator variables in order of the factor loading, which represent their importance order, are as follow: the factors for fostering employee commitment including (1) the manager’s leadership, (2) a company’s commitment, (3) training, (4) the compensation & benefit program, (5) the management system. Employee commitment including: (1) the degree of an employee who is pride to be part of a company, (2) the degree of an employee’s recommendation to his company, (3) the degree of an employee’s involvement in team work, (4) the degree of an employee’s intention to keep work for the company, and company growth including: (1) growth strategy, (2) reinvent, (3) revenue and profit, (4) sustaining competitive advantage. According to the analysis of structural equation modeling, all of those coefficient path between contructs are reaching the significant level which shows that the factors for a company fostering employee commitment will affect an employee’s commitment, and an employee’s commitment will affect a company growth.
