Popis: | 91 With the coming of Internet age, electronic business will be the trend of future. Internet is a transparent, fast, general, convenient and direct communication, and it can lower business cost of purchase, manufacture, management, and marketing and customer service. Additionally, it changes the method to run a business. The aim of this research is to study the value of semi-conductor distributor under e-business, and analyze and estimate the value and level of semi-conductor affected by e-business. Besides, it attempted to summarize comprehensive rules of estimation in order to provide semi-conductor with a better competitive strategy and better competitive potential, and form a better company. In case study, the interview and financial statement analysis were both used to analyze World Peace Industrial Co., Ltd and Yosun Industrial Group, the aim is to find and define the value these two companies in the e-business age, and to form the work points and future direction of development. The threat of middle-businessman: Electronic business make the cost of control in material management lower hugely, or improve efficiency;No matter the manufacturers / buyers take hold of the e-business, or the material supplier/seller conduct the e-business, both business styles are booming ;However, it disobey the model of e-business or not, it can make the communication inside business more rapidly, lower the cost of management, enforce the communication between upper and lower customers. Nevertheless, on the other way, the process and effort of electronic business all involve the redistribution of company resources. From the point of view on business management, should enterprise focus on its core business, and subcontract that value-added management of distribution to others, which is worth taking issue. On the other words, it deserves rethinking to establish electronic distribution department based on sales. And the core value is based on the know-How of distribution and material management. |
