This topics research about high energy efficiencies of Building Equipment and the integration of communication system, for providing environment-protection, energy-saving and efficiency working space within the Intelligent Building. The energy utilization electrical energy, heat energy, and water energy, the topic about improving electrical energy efficient by lighting optimal control and improving power factor on the power supply system, about the water energy saving by reusing the rain and waste water. Improving the total energy efficiency, not only promoting the individual system performance, but also promoting the condinational system energy efficiency, this topics research about the integral power generation cooling system with water sparying system, the integrated air-handling system with swimming heat source, and the integrated new technique, high performance IP-SOFC fuel cell system with the absorption air condition system. To integrated communication system with common communication protocol as an optimal application. By improving digital signal processing and wide band-width tan medium application, the multi-medium communication many multi-medium signal within single network. The studying and writting paper, of this have been spent about two years. The concept and technique application within this paper for the energy Saving equipment and the integrated communication system, has been implemented to the physical design application.
