| Popis: | 91 With trend changing in the industries, CPD (Collaboratve Product Design) has become a necessary factor for Taiwan industries for upgrading competitvesness in the enterprise or between enterprises. To achieve CPD model, it is necessary to establish a well-arranged project management and operation model besides information technology infrastructure. But CPD team often fell through for improper resource allocating and project planning. Therefore how to manage a CPD project team for achieving CPD target is the most important. The study is focus on project management of CPD in ODM industries, including scheduling, resource allocating, and project seting up and monitoring. For synchronously and effectively controling the project, the study uses Petri net to establish project model and monitor. For project scheduling, the study offers a modificatory Fuzzy Critcal Chain. For project resource management and rush work, the study uses GA method to deal with resource management and rush work. At end of the article, the study uses an example to explain the model and mehtods for upgrading its practicality. |
