As an organizer, how will he influence the movement by goal's setting up and achieving way? This thesis is based on writer's own experience, organizing pneumoconiosic coal miners to struggle for their occupational disease compensation, when working in Ching-Jen Labor Health And Safety Service Center. It presents as a “Working Handbook”, providing the dialogue between one case study and the general principles of social movement organizing. It tries to be a useful reference for new organizers, and as a start for the discussion about the role of organizers in our movements.
