Wireless Power Transmission (WPT) which can be transmitted in any distance, and through the obstacle, so it has widely applications. At present, wireless power transmission used in Solar Power Satellite (SPS), but it has large cost, and has long time to build up. Besides, we find the sensors have large need, and they only have low power to work. If the sensors have the function of wireless power transmission, they can be used in anywhere, and provide more applications. Recently, LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic) Technology has great development. It not only save the capital, but integrate the system, so the thesis will use LTCC to design wireless power transmission system and packaged with sensors. In the end, we finished 5.8GHz wireless power transmission system design based on LTCC, included antenna and embedded component design. It is different from the original design using PCB (printed circuit board). The result, the way of this power transmission has higher efficiency then the way of coil (loop antenna) power transmission in the same distance.
