Popis: | 91 The goal of this thesis is to establish logics for 3 systems. They are up-selling system, warning system for the ratio of repurchase and dull sale monitor system. The target of this thesis is focus on the repeat purchase behavior of consumers. Business intelligence logics are induced after studying the survey on consumer repeat purchase behavior and business intelligence. Up-selling system, repurchase ratio warning system and dull sale monitor system are induced through researching repeat purchase behavior of daily goods. The purpose of up-selling system is to predict the behavior of consumer, including repeat purchase and new purchase. The summation of repeat purchase and new purchase quantity is the total demand of that product. The warning system for repurchase ratio monitor the ratio of product repurchase and customer repurchase, and generate the list that need more attention. The monitor system of dull-sale products monitor all products and stop the sale of dull products. The contribution of the thesis is to study the repeat purchase of consumer, to induce the logic of business intelligence and construct logics mentioned above. |
