Popis: | 91 Market is to supply the residents to live the place of the necessity and to service the residents. Opposite, the existence of the market is depended on the need of the residents. Because the living type in the city is changing and the career women are increasing, the tradition market and peddlers ness can''''''''t satisfy the city life. As a result, the evening markets are growing up and provide different consumption habit in the city life. Evening markets grow profusely and quickly in recent years, this could be due to changing of society construction in the village, and then this type of shopping place arise responding to the need of consuming. The management of retail markets contains many relations with activity of all citizenries, is also an economic behavior that all families take place everyday. This paper chooses Da-Li, a big city with growing economy and population rapidly in recent years but only one legally tradition market, for study area and make many inquires for studying the space characteristic of the evening market. Making use of a whole city space to see, the evening market is a place that retail markets gather and its service space is a plane. Through three aspects of the manager of the evening market, peddlers and activities of consumers, we study the evening market by the space activity, formation background, management type, scale size, peddler for order to distribute space activity, the factor of time, the activities of consumers etc. to find the rise and existence of the evening market and its relationship with the human geography. According to the definition of evening market, there is totally seven evening market in Da-Li. With the direct observation method, freedom interview method and questionnaire method, we study the management method, space construction and market executive that inquires into the evening market of the time-space chooses the motive. Then, according to the total number of peddlers in the markets and peddler category comparison of characteristic, we classify the evening markets as synthesizing type and community type. The appearance of the evening market may respond the consumer need and newly arisen shopping places. From studying the rising reason and its characteristics of the evening market, we can understand how to adjust the traditional market to match the consumption need of the housewife at present. Therefore, the paper is used to search the development direction of the market make and let them contain better competitive advantage. |
