| Popis: | 91 This study starts with the history of whole plant export in Taiwan, and a brief introduction of technology export strategy of Taiwan government. In order to present the current situation of the whole plant equipment suppliers, it refers to the statistics of the Auditing Department of the Executive Yuan, the Industry Bureau of Economic Department, the Customs House, the Taiwan Machinery Association, and the Taiwan Turn-key Project Organization. It based on the pertinent thesis, research papers, and the whole plant export procedures, and tries to explain the complex procedures in a simple way. The author of this paper has more than ten years practical experiences at whole plant export. So all of the case studies are based on his personal participation in this field. This study tries to compensate the pertinent thesis on this topic which all focused on the theory of whole plant export. It applies the EXIM bank‘s financial tools which provides guarantee and export insurance to the historical cases to find new methods to decrease the risk of export turn-key projects. Since the scale of the whole plant export and the turn-key project grows bigger and bigger, the gap of the technology grows wider and wider, it keeps the follower away from entering the market. Based on the current foundation to study and analysis the advantages and disadvantages, and outlook of the whole plant export capability. In order to enter the fastest growing whole plant export market — the mainland China. |
