A convenience sampling method wasused. It collect data of 299 students in some junior college in Taipei City. The study sample almost in middle and late (18~22 ages) of youth period. Above sixty percent of researchers are external locus of control. The utmost daily hassles are sleepless, academic pressure, pressure among personal relationship. The study shows emotional and behavior adaptation status of female adolescent belong to common level and no serious depression cognition. The finding indicated that the two variables “daily hassles” and “depression cognition” are low correlated ( r=-.15, p<.05);and emotion and behavior adaptation weren’t utmost correlated. Locus of control and depression cognition and emotion and behavior adaptation are uncorrelated. The study indicated adolescent apply learned resourcefulness highly, couldn’t informed depression cognition easily. Adolescent learned resourcefulness have 26% Predict strength in depression cognition. The outcome of study support learned resourcefulness not only could predict depression cognition level of adolescent but also it report adolescent owning rich learned resourcefulness, their emotion and behavior adaptation is better.
