| Popis: | 91 The existing literature for managed funds in Taiwan is largely concerned with relationships between the flow and performance of funds and market return. There is much less research on the effects of size or age on fund flow. The present paper investigates the performance-flow relationship with both age and size effects using cross-sectional and time-series (pooled) data. The ordinary least-squares method, a fixed effects model, and a random effects model were tested to determine the model that best explained the following results: 1.There was a significant negative relationship between flow performance and fund size; 2.There was a significant positive relationship between flow performance and fund age. |
