Popis: | 91 A comprehensive model that delineates the interrelationships among “organ-izational memory information systems (OMIS)”, “organizational context (OC)” and “organizational effectiveness” is absent. This study aims to fill this void. Unlike previous research, this study examines the issue of effective knowledge management from the perspective of organizational capabilities. In order to ful-fill the aforementioned objective, we investigate the role of OMIS and OC in fa-cilitating organizational effectiveness. In order to test the feasibility of this framework, we plan to conduct an empirical study. This study employed a sur-vey instrument, which will collect data from senior representation. The major contributions of this research are: (a) develop a knowledge management framework based on organizational capabilities; (b) identify the impact of OMIS on organizational effectiveness; and (c) specify the role of organizational con-text in this framework. The implications of the study are provided. |
