Popis: | 91 Abtract In Taiwan,there are a lot of English learning books written and annotated by Mandarin,not by Hakka.Those books are just on the basis of Mandarin becoming the only one paradigm in area of English learning,so there are few researches related between English and Hakka.Under such conditions,it’s not good to Hakka students that using Mandarin to learn English .Because it always lacks for feedback coming from Hakka immediately.In the processs of learning English,therefore,using mother tongue can urge learners to enforce the motive in learning mother tongue Hakka.On the basis of mother tongue,there are four reasons explaining why we need Hakka to help English learning: i. The quest in language and culture. ii. Language learning back where it belongs. iii. Independent teaching of Hakka in English teaching. iv. Language,the presence of unique thought. In the final analysis of this paper,it is concluded as the following: i. To hold the pulse of society indeed. ii. To nourish learners’ abilities in the aspect of hearning and speaking. iii. To comprehend two languages under the relationship between competition and cooperation. |
