| Popis: | 91 WWW is an important platform for information sharing on the Internet. Following HTML, XML will be the most important technology on the next generation of Web system. In this thesis, we apply the XML technology to implement an Information Sharing Workspace, called ISW. Using the XML Storage System, called XDS, the ISW supports users an XML-based information sharing environment. Using the ISW, users can create information objects easily and save them as XML objects in the XDS for searching and browsing. In addition, the ISW supports for users several kinds of annotations to the XML objects stored in the XDS system. All the elements of the XML objects and the annotations can be expressed by voice. Thus it provides great convenience for users to input the contents and more attractive interaction. |
