Students get knowledge and skill in school. To realize the learning capabilities of students, teachers have to evaluate students’ learning performances of course accessibilities and understanding levels then give suitable scores and grades from their assignments, presentations, quizzes and learning concentrations from classes for responding students’ learning achievement. Base on the above performance, teachers give grades on different weighted items, such as midterm exams, final exam, home works, and so on. It is unreasonable that we use tests, severities and regularities to evaluate students learning achievements by only giving scores or weighted averages, for the purposes of the differences of exams difficulties and students’ aptitudes. In this study, we induct an evaluation system based on the concept of fuzzy theory and develop a computer software that can provide a user friendly evaluation system to make the evaluation more reasonable and suitable. The mathematical computing of fuzzy theory is so complex but still regular. So we use Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2000 as the application program language and database platform to offer faculties the accurate and easy-to-use application software that based on the fuzzy synthesis assessment model of evaluation.
