Popis: | 91 Customer Relationship Management has been discussed continuously in these years because Customer Relationship Management has been considered the key to raise competitiveness by enterprises. For this reason, retaining clients, increasing loyalty and gaining profits is becoming the major target for enterprises. This research focuses on Automobile Maintenance Industry, by means of RFM (Recently, Frequency, Monetary Amount) model to analyze customer value according to the individual history transaction record of customer database. Then, for Cluster Analysis, it can sort the data and find out the difference between them by using Data Mining techniques which are K-mean Cluster and Self-Organizing Map. Finally, client’s requests can be met by the results of the survey to design customization and marketing strategies. This research can provide administrators with the useful information of Customer Relationship Management. |
