Popis: | 91 Groundwater is usually blocked by it`s suspending particles when flowing through the porous media of soil and cause blocking effect phenomenon. In groundwater recharge for lakes engineering, the porous media in the aquifer is often blocked and the coefficient of permeability is reduced and, therefore, affects it`s recharge efficiency. More further, there are more seepage for a new developing farm, but the seepage will decrease after some time when the porous media is blocked. The object of this research is to study the coefficients of permeability of porous media for flow with suspending particles and to observe the blockage in the porous media. This research used three kinds of sands with different grades for experiments. First, the physical properties of the specific gravity and pore ratio of the sands were analyzed. Second, the initial coefficients of permeability in each layer were found by filtrating test with pure water. These initial coefficients can be as references for those in the theoretical derivation and for the filtrating experiments sequentially. According to the filtrating test, the flow discharge with suspending particles changes with time. This research can find the time variation of the coefficient of permeability in each layer from the discharge and the difference of elevation head. Therefore, the variation of porosity and the capture ratio for suspending particles in each layer can be found. |
