Popis: | 91 Schools are the principal part of education, and the operation management of schools directly affects the education quality. To understand the effective condition of the operation management and control of the school education through the execution of performances estimation, to further promote education quality, and to aspire after prominence and improve the national competitiveness is also one of the study topic of the most importance at present. In these recent years, the school system is experiencing tremendous changes; the colleges system substantially changes into institute of technology, and the systems of institutes is changing into university. In addition to the changes in school names after the changes of school system, the new students enrollment is also facing a considerable change. In addition, the population structure of our country is also changing, and the number of population is decreasing rapidly and resulting in the decrement of student resources. If the schools always face the deficiency of student number in enrollment every year, the schools may have difficulty in continuous operation. This study discusses the ability of top management, organization culture, organization operation, competitiveness predominance, competitive policy and the study of organizational performances by using the characteristics of private school. Through the intrinsic and extrinsic point of view, the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and logistic model is applied to analyze and compare its diversity. Through the analysis result of the above said practical proof, we obtain that the introduction of each variable can let us learn its noticeable changes condition and changes range on the organizational performances, which can be provided as the reference to the managers in policy making. |
