| Popis: | 90 The thesis is to study the relationship between interface with optical properties of II-VI semiconductor multiple quantum wells. We used six difference Zn1-XCdXSe/ZnSe multi-quantum well samples in this experiment by fixed the well width at 50Å and barrier width is varied from 8 Å to 97 Å. From experiments of photoreflectance (PR), photoluminescence (PL) and stimulated emission spectroscopy, we observed the relationship between interface and laser mechanism in II-VI semiconductor multiple quantum wells. From these experiments, we found that the influence for the thickness and concentration fluctuation on laser mechanism in the same layer or difference layers is quite different. |
