After the earthquake of 921, there have been a lot of secondary hazards in the areas, such as landslides due to the earthquake and the heavy rainfall afterward. This study examines the hazard perception and adjustment of the villagers who were forced to move to other villages because of the damage caused by these following landslides. This study reveals that the resources and supports available to the victims are crucial for the path of recovery, and that the perception and adjustment of the victims change according to the hazard risk of the landslides, which varies with time.
