| Popis: | 90 Sports agent plays the key role of sports production and consumption. Sports agent carries substantial function in exploring the potential and prosperity of sports, standardize the sports market, and develop the commercial value of sports. In a lot of countries, sports agent is an inevitable key issue to sports industry. Although there are no related regulations of sports agent, has grown to meet the demand of the sports industry in Taiwan. Based on the literature review and current status in other counties, this study is intend to identify the role functions of sports agents in Taiwan by Modified Delphi Method. There are five main functions of sports agent in Taiwan approved by the professionals: Counseling, Financial Management and Planning, Marketing, Dispute Resolution, and Career Planning. |
