| Popis: | 90 A Study of Banking Loan Officer’s Behavior Intention：An Application of Theory of Planned Behavior and SocialCognitive Theory Student: Chen-Chi Shieh Advisor: Dr. Gow-Liang Huang Department of Financial Operations National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology Abstract This study tries to investigate banking loan officer’s behavior intention, using the theory of planned behavior and social cognitive theory, both of which are widely used in the area of behavior science studies. A survey of questionnaire is designed to collect research data from bank employees. Through this study, it is expected we will better know the banking loan officer’s behavior intention model and understand the dynamic and interactive relationship between personal, environmental and behavioral factors. The survey subjects for this research are the bank employees who mainly work in southern Taiwan. This research has made the following findings: (1)The Theory of Planned Behavior: The banking loan officer’s behavior intention is heavily influenced by their job performance. Other factors have not achieved the expected statistical level with any significance. (2)The Social Cognitive Theory：Bank employees’ Personal factor and Environmental factor are interactive, but they have no connection whatever with behavior. |
